Welcome to Adventures into Imagination. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, subscriptions, and services. By placing an order, creating an account, subscribing, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview

Adventures into Imagination creates and sells mailed letter packages, printed materials, collectibles, creative inserts, educational content, and related products. Our offerings may include monthly letters, fact cards, stickers, interactive elements, craft pieces, artwork, and other printed or physical items.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are creative, collectible, and educational in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions and Orders

Some products may be offered as one-time purchases, pre-orders, or recurring subscriptions. Subscription details, pricing, renewal dates, signup deadlines, and mailing schedules will be provided at the time of purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

4. Signup Deadlines

Each mailing may have a posted signup deadline. This deadline allows us to accurately plan printing, specialty materials, packaging, and fulfillment.

Orders, subscription changes, cancellations, and address updates must be submitted before the posted signup deadline for that month’s mailing. Once the deadline has passed, your order is considered final for that mailing cycle.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription before the posted signup deadline for an upcoming mailing. Cancellations submitted after the signup deadline will apply to future mailings and will not cancel the current mailing already in production.

We do not accept cancellations after the posted signup deadline for that mailing cycle.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our letter packages are produced in limited quantities and prepared based on subscriber signups, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after the posted signup deadline.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adventuresintoimagination.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship products according to the mailing schedule provided. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to printing timelines, supplier delays, postal service delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer to reship it at the customer’s expense, subject to availability.

8. Product Variations

Because our products may include printed materials, specialty finishes, stickers, paper goods, handmade or assembled elements, and limited-run components, slight variations in color, size, finish, alignment, texture, or appearance may occur.

These variations are part of the nature of small-batch printed and assembled goods and are not considered defects.

9. Content Accuracy

Our letter packages may include stories, design commentary, historical notes, trivia, rumors, creative interpretation, or industry observations. While we make reasonable efforts to research and vet our content, some information may be based on evolving sources, industry discussion, speculation, or interpretation.

We do not guarantee that all facts, rumors, dates, stories, or commentary will remain accurate, complete, or current. Our products are intended for entertainment, educational, and creative inspiration purposes.

10. Use of AI in the Creative Process

Adventures into Imagination may use artificial intelligence tools as part of the early design, brainstorming, research, ideation, layout, or concept development process for some products.

However, AI-generated material is never used as a final product without human review, editing, adjustment, and creative direction. All artwork, writing, layouts, and product materials are worked on, refined, and approved by a human before being offered for sale.

Our goal is to use available creative tools responsibly while maintaining a human-led design process, artistic judgment, and quality standard.

11. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, writing, designs, layouts, graphics, branding, product concepts, photography, and other content created by Adventures into Imagination are owned by Adventures into Imagination unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, copy, scan, upload, modify, or commercially use our products, artwork, written content, or digital materials without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property contained within the product.

12. Third-Party References

Our products may reference theme parks, attractions, destinations, companies, brands, characters, historical projects, or public-facing creative works for commentary, educational, historical, or informational purposes.

Unless specifically stated, Adventures into Imagination is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party company, theme park, attraction operator, studio, brand, or intellectual property owner mentioned in our materials.

All third-party names, marks, and references remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website, products, or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, function, payment systems, or operation of our website.

14. Account and Payment Information

You are responsible for keeping your account information, billing information, and shipping information accurate and up to date.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

If an error affects your order, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventures into Imagination is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays, supplier issues, printing delays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather, technical failures, illness, or other unexpected events.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
